Can you still lose weight doing lazy keto?
You won’t be losing weight as fast as a proper keto diet by cutting the complete carbs, but you would still lose weight by cutting off the sugars and limiting the carb content.
I would actually do a lazy keto after a considerable amount of weight loss or desired weight loss.
I have always preferred lazy keto to maintain weight.
