Definitely, I couldn’t start with anything better than the healthier option of nuts and seeds.
Sitting on the couch, watching NetFlix. Yeah, I keep on munching nuts as it is my favorite keto snack.
I eat them every day, in my breakfast cereal, on salads, or along with fruits.
They are a fantastic source of healthy fats and protein which help me feel satisfied and energized all day long.
Pecans: 4g of carbs for 1 ounce.
Walnut: 3.8g of carbs for 1 ounce.
Brazil Nuts: 3g of carbs for 1 ounce.
You can also munch on almonds but that is 6g of carbs for an ounce. So limit it.
2. HARD-BOILED EGGS
A hard-boiled egg is one of the most convenient snacks you can take on the go.
They are a great source of protein and fat, which help to keep your brain and body functioning properly.
Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper and it will make you the best keto food for the day.
